I’ve had these suitcases since April. Now I see some popular influencers promoting them. I just want to say these are truly a good value for what you pay. They are very affordable and made pretty well. I would say the handle could be a little sturdier and I do have minor issues transitioning from floors with door frames such as the door leading to the garage. It get a little hung up so I just lift it instead. I would highly recommend this trio with its abundance of storage as well as its cup holder and charging port access. This has been one of my 2022 top travel must haves. Hurry and get your set before they are out of stock!!!These came surprisingly fast and I love the color and features! I haven’t gone on my trip that I ordered them for yet, but I’m super excited to use them. I love the cup holder and the option to attach a power bank. The movement is very smooth and they’re quite spacious. I have some concerns that they may not be very durable. They look like they could crack easily, so we will see. ? As of now, I’m really happy with my purchase.Came in undamaged though the box was almost destroyed and there was nothing else wrapped around it save some saran wrap. So I think it'll take a beating. I have a trip coming up so I'll leave an update of it holds up. I got all 3 pieces in slateThe charging port requires a battery pack..... At an additional cost. Wasn't aware of that until the case arrived.This luggage was the perfect size for carry on luggage. I didn't use the feature offered to install an external charger for my cellphone inside the suitcase but I checked and it works great. I had already planned to carry my external charger in my purse. It was easy to maneuver through the airport and looks very stylish too.Not very spacious on the inside. The durability is great. Just that the wheels don't spin like I expected I had to pull the suitcase like those older ones just wouldn't glide almost fell twice because the wheels kept sticking to the floor.What can I say. It’s a suitcase that worked well as a suitcase. The cup holder and battery pack are gimmicky but actually useful if you find yourself in the airport for a long time on a layover or waiting around. Wheels were smooth rolling, suitcase was light, fit in the overhead bin no problem and didn’t have any problems on our international flight as a carry on.A little flimsy but it will be with me at all times when I fly. I won’t feel comfortable checking it in. Just needs to be a little more sturdy. But overall it will work.I really love the cup/phone holder feature as well as the ability to connect to a charging bank. It moves well (if you pack light), colour is great, standard features, but it is no way durable. The photo attached is after one day of travel. I wouldve given this suitcase a solid 4.5 or even 5, if the durability was not an issue.I REALLY want to love this case as its such an innovative design. But the USB on the case has something missing on the black case part. So plugging the charger into it and then the phone means it doesn't charge like it should and its pointless.Really disappointed, it took so long to arrive that I really don't want to now return it. Recomendada!It is a great light weight piece of luggageThe only thing I will say is this: Amazon you need to put a charger as an add on optionWhen I made my purchase it was not 5here and I forgot to order one with my suitcaseWhen it's arrived, the box is already damaged as is (no amazon box on the outside) when I open, seriously its like a return item but still I have a good faith so I pack my carry on and heading to airport the next morning. When I did my check in, I try to put the handle back to normal position... And it didn't work. The line up was pretty long so I just give up. I want to bring it for security check also scared the handle can't be pushed back to normal. So I run back to car and change bagy. I don't know what's wrong with this carry on problem, but I have enough and decided to return it back. For such a big brand, I feel very disappointed... Imagine the hassle at the airport. No.... I would not recommend this carry on.
